WBSSC SLST 2025 Assistant Teacher (Class 9-10) Selection Scheme

Selection to the post of Assistant Teacher for Classes IX & X shall be made on the basis of marks obtained inwritten examination, educational qualification, prior teaching experience, oral interview and lecture demonstration, determined by the WBSSC, in the following manner:

The selection for the post of Assistant Teacher for Classes 11 and 12 will be based on your marks in different areas. These include a written exam, your educational qualifications, any past teaching experience, an oral interview, and a lecture demonstration. The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) will give marks for each part as explained below.

🎓 4. Academic Score (10 Marks)


Based on your Post-Graduation (PG) marks for Class 11-12 posts and Graduation/PG (whichever is higher) for Class 9-10.


You cannot change marks, but you can maximize other areas if you score less here.
